Nationally, an estimated 100,000+ HGV drivers have let their qualification cards lapse in recent years, a sign of just how many experienced drivers the industry has lost.

Class 1 Brick Crane Driver – Position Available
Due to continued expansion

Progress are currently recruiting a Class 1 Brick Crane Driver to join our ever-growing team.

✅Experience is preferred; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
✅A strong geographical knowledge of the UK is essential.
✅Nights out do vary, so flexibility is required, although this will not be all week unless desired.
✅You will be allocated your own truck, fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, and inverters.
✅All CPC and relevant tickets for the job will be fully paid for.
✅Must not be of an realistic distance from j22 m1 due to early starts.

You must be able to work independently and confidently overcome issues as they arise. This role is not RDC-based and will involve working on active building sites. The truck will be based at our yard in Markfield and will not be out-based.

Drivers are expected to keep their truck clean and tidy at all times. We take great pride in our fleet and invest significant time and money in maintaining our equipment. If you are not willing to look after the truck, this position is not for you.

We offer a competitive salary, paid fortnightly, 28 days holiday, plus additional allowances for nights out and meals. Full uniform will be provided once the probation period is complete.
