🎉 End of an Era – Wishing Andy Stewart a Happy Retirement! 🎉
Today we say farewell to Andy Stewart, Depot Manager in our Larkhall Ambient office, as he retires after an incredible 25 years of dedicated service.
Andy began his journey as part of the Shetland Transport team in Coatbridge, where he played a key role in delivering a reliable and efficient service across the central belt while supporting business growth under Hamish Balfour.
In 2016, Andy joined the DFDS family, bringing his experience, passion, and work ethic to our Larkhall site. Since then, he has successfully led the operation, built strong customer relationships, and become a pillar of positivity within the team.
Andy is a true grafter — always showing commitment, humour, and heart. He has left a lasting legacy and made a real impact on everyone he’s worked with. His leadership and the care he showed for his staff will be remembered for years to come.
As Andy embarks on a well‑deserved trip of a lifetime to New Zealand followed by a visit to his holiday home in Bulgaria, we want to thank him for everything he has contributed over the past quarter‑century.
You will be greatly missed, Andy.
