Ian Taylor-Brett was a man of many loves: this company, a good glass of w**e, a terrible joke - and animals, always animals.
So three years on from losing our Co-Founder and Director, the a-team sent in pictures of their pets - Ian's among them. A small tribute, but one we think he'd have rather enjoyed. 🤍

Three years on, he's still missed, still quoted, and still very much part of the team. Our deputy operations director, Simone, has written him a letter. It ends, as Ian would have insisted, with a terrible joke. 🤍

🎉 Celebrating 5 years with Aaron Nash! 🎉
Aaron joined Access five years ago after a complete career change from health and social care, swapping shift work for something that fit better around family life. What started as helping his now-wife study for her AAT qualification turned into a new career path of his own, and he's been part of the Access family ever since.
"I've always liked a puzzle, which is probably why accounts suits me so well," Aaron says. "If there's an error somewhere, I genuinely enjoy working out where it's come from and resolving it."
But for Aaron, it's not just about the job itself. Over the past five years, his family circumstances have changed in ways both expected and unexpected and the flexibility and support he's had from the whole company has made all the difference.
"Enjoying what you do matters, but knowing the people you work for will support you when life changes matters just as much."
Here's to five brilliant years and many more to come! 🥂
