From Apprentice to Maintenance Manager ✅
Matt began his apprenticeship on the Manchester Ship Canal in 2008 and has spent more than 15 years building his expertise across sites, disciplines and leadership roles. Today, he leads maintenance across the canal as Maintenance Manager, proof of where hands-on experience and continuous development can take you.
