👋 GOODBYE CACR… YOU’VE BEEN ONE HELL OF A RIDE.

Three years.

More than 10,000 hours of railway access booked.

Countless meetings, reviews, possessions, late-night calls and the occasional “how the hell are we going to make this work?” moment.

CACR opened doors for JSPC Group that we never imagined possible. It gave us the opportunity to properly learn how the railway works in Ireland — not from a handbook, but from being right in the middle of it.

It’s been fun.
It’s been tough.
And, if we’re being completely honest, it’s been damn emotional at times.

But what a chapter it has been.

Now it’s time to close the CACR folder, take a breath… and move on to the next adventure.

And what’s next? 👀

We currently have three major projects in the pipeline.

We could tell you what they are… but apparently “commercially sensitive” means we’re not allowed to ruin the surprise on LinkedIn. 🤐

The next project will be revealed very soon.

🚦 Proud to be supporting Siemens on the CBI Interlocking Project in Ireland

JSPC Group Ltd are delighted to announce that we are providing ongoing P6 Planning support to Siemens as part of their work on the long-term rail infrastructure and maintenance framework for Iarnród Éireann.

This is a major programme of work, supporting the modernisation of Ireland’s rail signalling infrastructure through the rollout of Siemens’ Trackguard Westlock computer-based interlocking system — technology designed to improve reliability, performance and efficiency across the network.

Hot off the press...

As partners of AMC Training & Consultancy Ltd , Tended’s exclusive delivery partner for geofencing in Ireland, we were really happy to host the demo day in Cork last month.

It was a fantastic opportunity to bring people together, demonstrate the technology in a live rail environment, and show the real benefits geofencing can bring to track worker safety.

At JSPC Group Ltd, safety has always been at the heart of what we do. Working alongside AMC, our aim over the coming months is to help support the wider introduction of geofencing across Ireland, giving teams another layer of protection when working on or near the railway.

Technology will never replace good planning, competent people, or strong site leadership — but when used correctly, it can absolutely help improve how we manage risk and protect those delivering the work.
