This statement serves to inform all stakeholders, customers, and associated parties that Mr. Arslan has illegally
taken over control of Brit Route Ltd and its associated assets. As of March 22, 2025, Mr. Arslan has assumed
unauthorized control over all operations and financial accounts and other assets of Brit Route Ltd. This includes, but
is not limited to:
● All funds and company bank accounts and e-payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, etc.)
● The official website (www.britroute.co.uk)
● Company email accounts ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected],
[email protected] etc )
● Access to review platforms (Trustpilot, Yelp), Hosting ,Britroute ltd, Instagram, Linkedin etc.
● Company Brit Route affiliated phone numbers (+44 7856318537, +44 74-41342985, +44 74-41342986, +44
77-54205769, +44 73-80120546 etc)
Mr. Saim Ahmed Khurram, despite being listed as a director on UK Company House, has no control over Brit Route
Ltd. Mr. Arslan removed his own name from UK Company House without the consent of Mr. Saim Ahmed, thereby
shifting all liabilities and responsibilities onto Mr. Saim Ahmed, despite him having no control over company
operations. All actions taken by Mr. Arslan is illegal and unauthorized.
Additionally, Mr. Arslan has full control over BRITRIDE LIMITED (Company Number: 15841814), represented as
a sister company of Brit Route Ltd. Payments intended for Brit Route Ltd have been redirected to this company.
Arslan is the son of the Director of BritRide limited.
It has been noted that Brit Route Ltd customers are being redirected to an unaffiliated company. If this applies
to you, please report it to [email protected] with your name, booking reference, and the new company name.
URGENT ACTION REQUIRED BY CUSTOMERS
● DO NOT make any payments to Brit Route Ltd or BritRide Limited.
● If you have already made payments for bookings, we strongly advise you to dispute the
transactions with your bank or credit card provider to reclaim your funds.
● If you have paid a deposit, do not proceed with full payment and seek reimbursement for the
deposit paid.
