Luxurious Hotel seeks an experienced Receptionist/Bar Staff to join the team who will be responsible for serving customers in a friendly, timely and efficient manner resulting in the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the checking-in/out of guests
Ensure efficient record keeping of guest details and hotel data
Answer inquires and converse through email and phone sufficiently
Serve Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing regulations for residents and non-residents, safeguarding patrons
Ensure knowledge of menus and all products
Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently high standard and delivered in a timely manner
Maintain safe, secure and clean bar and stations by following and enforcing standards and procedures
Communicate effectively with other departments
Follow correct reporting procedures if faces with guest complaint/issue
Assist in training service personnel according to standards

Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
Prior experience in Food & Beverage Department and knowledge of the appropriate table setting, service ware and menu items (preferred)
Prior experience in cash handling
Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time
Ability to work on your own and within a team
Flexible schedule required, working mornings and late nights, weekends and bank holidays
