📢 New report: quality in childminding provision for babies

We’re delighted to be supporting an important new Nuffield Foundation funded project, exploring what quality looks and feels like for under-twos in childminding provision.

The team's first report published today highlights the distinctive benefits of childminding for babies - including strong, consistent relationships, continuity of care, close partnerships with families and emotionally responsive environments.

💬 Ka Lai Brightley-Hodges, Head of Coram PACEY, said:

“This is an exciting and much-needed piece of research, and we strongly welcome it. It is fantastic to see the work of the childminding sector recognised, and to celebrate the distinctive contribution childminders make to families with the very youngest children, helping give babies the best possible start in life."

Last week was “blast off” at Jelly Nelly!
I’m so proud of the little people attending my setting! They came back full of energy and enthusiasm to explore, so I provided opportunities for all of them 😉
