We salute his creativity and contribution to this 3rd rock from the sun as Asterix is the inspiration behind our name STRATEGETIX (Yes the very British guy that would provide all the strategy consulting to the Gaul village if he existed), may Albert rest in peace.

You have heard "You can take a horse to water but.........", the real question is have you ever tried giving some salt to the horse before? In the battle between the water and the rock, the water always wins, and its far easier to create a channel for the water than to try break the rock. So when it comes to change make it far easier for the participant to follow the change than it is for them to resist it.
