Most of us have heard of the 5R’s; Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Repair and Refuse.

The Vision Factory tries to follow these principles in everything we do, by repairing, revitalising, repurposing and reusing unwanted items to give them a new life, but also to reduce the amount of perfectly good stuff that ends up in our landfill sites.

A major up-side of not simply throwing things out is that it can save money!!!

Usually, we don’t fix things or revitalise them because we simply don’t have the space or the time to spare to work on a project.

This is where we can help. If you have something you were going to throw out give us a call.

We can either help you fix it, make it into something new or take it off your hands and use it in one of our projects.

We are able to collect and transport items to our workshop for you, or you can pop in and see for yourself what’s going on in the Vision Factory.

There are plenty of documentaries, articles and research papers that are banging the drum for the urgent need to change our consumption habits to save our planet.

We at the Vision Factory are interested in how we can be part of the movement to actually make the change, rescuing items from going to waste and repurposing them or giving them a new lease of life.

Topped with beautifully treated reclaimed wood with a rustic look. Treated with oil and finished in Matt varnish.
