This is a factual notice to the Monmouthshire and Gwent community, including local residents, freelancers, and small business owners.Our business provided grab hire and materials for Connor Toms Irving for a variety of his past and current business’s Goldcrest, usk valley landscapes and Monmouthshire landscapes. While we completely fulfilled our work, this party has failed to pay for the services they used and has cut off all communication.We are sharing this to protect our local community on two fronts:For Local Businesses & Contractors: Be aware that this individual over-promises, repeatedly claims "payment will be sent," and then has cut off contact. We highly recommend requiring 100% upfront payment or avoiding working with him entirely. For Local Customers: We believe in transparency and community trust. If a business or individual does not honor their financial agreements with local suppliers and workers, it directly impacts the quality, reliability, and ethics of the services they turn around and offer to you.We have documented proof of all contracts, completed work, and unanswered payment demands.
