Apologies to any Green Route customers who were planning to spend some time at Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway tomorrow.

We are sorry to announce that the gardens will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday 3rd September, due to forecast high winds. This is always a tough decision to make but the safety of our visitors is our highest priority.

👀🐎For anyone on board the open-top bus on Sunday and wondering what all the commotion is about! Each year, over 30 drifts are conducted across the New Forest, covering small sections at a time. The Pony Drift is an annual event where Agisters, the local officials responsible for managing the Forest’s wild animals, round up and inspect the ponies to ensure their health and fitness. morebus New Forest National Park Authority Go New Forest

Our first drift is on Sunday and the following car parks are CLOSED. This means closed, shut. not in use...

Deerleap and Longdown carparks are closed. Other carparks are still in use.

Never try to interact with an drift. It is so important for us as Commoners.
