On Friday, our drivers Richard & Chris headed down to the capital city for our very first Camden Market & Covent Garden Day Trip! 🚌🇬🇧

It’s not often we get to send two drivers out on a day trip together, so it looks like Richard & Chris made the most of it! They had a great time exploring some of London’s most iconic sights, including Big Ben, the London Eye and Trafalgar Square. 📸

On Wednesday, we headed off to Great Yarmouth, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying their day! 😊☀️🚌

From the fresh sea air and beautiful seaside views to a chance to relax, explore and enjoy everything Great Yarmouth has to offer — it was a fantastic day out. 🌊🍦🎡

A big thank you to our driver and, of course, to everyone who travelled with us. We hope you all had a lovely time and enjoyed the trip as much as we did!

Earlier this week, Vogue Magazine unveiled their annual “DOGUE” Covers — a celebration of the beloved pets of some of the world’s most famous celebrities. 🐾

Here at Grayscroft, we love our pets, and you’ll often find one of our four-legged friends lending a paw in the office or keeping watch over our yard. So, we thought it was only right to give them all a DOGUE Cover of their very own! 🐶🐱

The new school year is just around the corner, and we’re here to help make the journey back as smooth as possible! Here’s a quick reminder for all parents and students using school transport:

✅ Make sure your child has their Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) Bus Pass ready to show the driver every time they board.

✅ Each LCC pass is linked to a specific route – sticking to this helps keep everyone safe and avoids overcrowding. Not sure which route your pass is for? Just get in touch with the LCC School Transport Team.

✅ If your child isn’t eligible for an LCC Bus Pass, we’re happy to help with alternative transport options – just give us a call!

It’s Kelly’s turn in our Meet the Team at Grayscroft series! As our Bookings Manager, Kelly was originally brought in to help move the day trips and holiday side of the business forward… and somehow she’s never escaped!

With a degree in Food Science and around 20 years’ experience working in food labelling and food law, a career in coach holidays might not have been the most obvious next step. It all started when Kelly organised Grayscroft’s centenary party two years ago that she unintentionally ended up staying – and has been part of the furniture ever since!

These days, Kelly is the person behind our holidays and excursions, coming up with new ideas and destinations and designing and writing our brochures. She looks after bookings, keeps our social media ticking over, answers your questions and liaises with our drivers to make sure they have all the information they need for each holiday and day trip. So, if you’ve booked a Grayscroft holiday or excursion, there’s a very good chance you’ve already spoken to her!

Away from the office, Kelly likes to let her hair down, she's good fun, loves to play sport and, most of all, enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, George.

From food law to coach holidays – it might not have been the career path she planned, but we’re very glad the centenary party accidentally brought her to Grayscroft! 🚌💙
