JDL Deliveries

🎃 A special delivery from Kent to Bradford today!

Today we delivered a palletainer of pumpkins from one of our Kent customers all the way to Morrisons HQ in Bradford - a 491 mile round trip!

This is actually the sixth time JDL has completed this particular delivery – but it’s an important one every time.

The pumpkins are being supplied as a sample for Morrisons to assess ahead of Halloween. If they’re happy with the quality, it could lead to our customer’s pumpkins appearing in Morrisons stores across the UK. 🎃🇬🇧

It just goes to show that you don’t need a full lorry to have an important consignment. Sometimes one pallet can carry a very big opportunity.

We were delighted to play our small part by getting them safely from Kent to Bradford. 🚚

🚛 Need a HIAB for your next delivery? JDL Deliveries Ltd can help!

When a standard vehicle isn’t quite enough for the job, we can supply HIAB vehicles to get your goods delivered and positioned safely and efficiently.

HIAB deliveries are ideal when:

🏗️ There’s no forklift or crane on site – the vehicle can unload itself.
🏠 Goods need lifting over walls, fences, other obstacles, or up to an elevated level – a HIAB can place loads where conventional unloading equipment may not be able to reach.
📍 You’re delivering to construction sites or difficult locations where unloading facilities may be limited.

Whether it’s a one-off delivery or part of a larger project, JDL Deliveries Ltd can arrange the right transport solution to get the job covered.

⚠️ HIAB availability can get booked up quickly, so if you’ve got an upcoming job that needs covering, don’t leave it until the last minute.
