We recently took on a huge last minute job for them dismantling and moving a massive shed. The original plan was a DIY job with a hire van but it quickly turned into an absolute beast of a task! We managed to step in ASAP, sort a fair price and get straight to it.

It took us two days of solid graft working right through the weekend and late into Sunday night under the moonlight. We know some things just can't wait until Monday so we always try to go the extra mile when someone's in a tough spot.

🗑️ A large fly tip dumped in Great Munden has led to a satisfying result after the person responsible was identified, their van seized, and the waste cleared up at their own expense 👏

The incident was reported by a member of the public on Tuesday 24 March, with a full house clearance scattered across both a field and the road 😳

Officers searched through the dumped waste and uncovered paperwork linking it to a London address. Enquiries revealed that an unsuspecting member of the public had paid a company to remove their rubbish, unaware it would be illegally dumped 🚫

Following determined patrol work, the van involved was later spotted on the A406 and stopped 🚓

The driver was dealt with using a Community Resolution and given clear instructions:
✅ Clear the Great Munden fly tip
✅ Clear another site selected by police
✅ Provide proof of lawful disposal
🚐 The van was also seized by officers

Motivated by the loss of the vehicle, the driver returned and cleared the site, with the original victim even watching the clean-up take place and seeing justice done 👍

A great result for the team 👮‍♂️

A reminder to everyone — always check anyone removing your waste is properly licensed. If not, you could end up facing the consequences too ⚠️

Proper job from the lads today moving this absolute beauty – a nearly brand new '24 plate BMW R 1250 GS. 🏍️

The owner is well chuffed and counting down the days until the riding season really kicks off. As you can see from the setup in the back of the van, we don't cut corners when it comes to securing your pride and joy.

It's strapped down solid with proper heavy-duty straps, and any places where the straps touch the bike are covered with special foam to avoid any scratches. Not a single mark, and it didn't move an inch on the road.

Saturday morning graft! Before we hit the road for a massive weekend of moving, the van needed a proper scrub. Spotted a local lad looking to earn some extra cash and gave him the job. He had it gleaming in twenty minutes! We’re all about supporting the local hustle, so we doubled his pay to keep him motivated. High-quality work gets a high-quality reward! 👊
