The next time you pass through Hyde Central station, look up or around!

This year, we’ve taken another step to bring the station closer to the community by installing history boards along the length of the Manchester bound platform, taking you from the dawn of the railways to the modern day and history of some of Hyde’s most famous landmarks in between.

We’re proud to display Hyde’s heritage and look forward to our work with Northern to further enhance all three stations on the Hyde Loop line!
