2026 has had its moments.

Besides fighting one of the hottest summers anyone in the office can ever remember, 2026 has been one of our busiest years yet (and with no signs of quieting down 😅)

However, in amidst the chaos, it’s always important for us to be able to reflect on new achievements, no matter how big or small they actually are.

Pictured is one of our vans delivering on a massive move from the Scottish Highlands ( 👀 the furthest north we’ve ever been!) to Lancashire.

Introducing Waterloo & Normandy 🫡

Introducing Somme 🎖️

Named by our office manager, Sue, Somme is one of the larger and longer-serving members of our fleet, used day to day to service domestic moves throughout Manchester & the North West.

Named after the infamously brutal Battle of the Somme, in which over a million lives were lost on both sides over the span of around 5 months. Somme stands in tribute to the fallen, and pays homage to our military roots as a business.

Introducing Zeebrugge! 🚚

Named by Kenny, Zeebrugge is a smaller vehicle in our fleet used for daily operations such as box drops, estimations, small scale logistics and team transport.

Named after the famous St George’s Day raid in 1918, Zeebrugge commemorates the lives lost during the valiant raid and Kenny’s service to King & Country with the Royal Marines.

As a military-owned and majority-operated removals business, the connection runs deeper than branding alone. Many of our team members have served King and Country, and the names carry personal significance through their own experiences in service.

To honour the lives lost in these historic battles, we’re launching a series of videos that take you inside each vehicle in our fleet and share the stories and meanings behind the names they carry.
