I’ve been a Travel Counsellor for 17 years, with a total of 34 years selling holidays. In recent years I’ve received the prestigious award of ‘Travel Counsellor Newcomer’, also reaching Gold status – placing me in the top tier of Travel Counsellors worldwide! So you’re in good hands! I love to travel and enjoy using my experience and knowledge to find my customers the perfect holiday. My customers trust me and enjoy my one to one service. I’ve travelled across Australia, Asia and the Americas, organised my own wedding in Mauritius and visited countless European destinations. I’m a USA specialist, with one of my favourite parts being the Gulf Coast of Florida. Recently I fell in love with India and Nepal as part of a Gold Travel Counsellors trip! After leaving Skagway, we’ve had a full day cruising Glacier Bay before final stops for Bear watching and learning about salmon in Ketchikan and a short stop in Victoria BC on the way back to Seattle. On board some of us have been in the hot tubs, going on the waterslides, on the Bliss speedway and w**e and cheese tasting. We’ve had exceptional food in every restaurant and experienced most of the speciality restaurants such as Le Bistro, Palomar and Cagneys Steakhouse. I was also lucky to get an invite to meet Captain Victor and tour the bridge on the ship. The staff on NCL have without a doubt been superb, friendly, fun and attentive. The cruise has been one of the best TC Gold trips we’ve done and I thank everyone at NCL cruises Helen Jane Green and Gary Anslow for this opportunity, our Head Office staff ( Dan Walsh and the Events Team) and all my fellow Gold TC ‘s for a fun backed week that both Michael Bush and myself have had, it’s been a blast. 🇺🇸🇨🇦🛳️💕

Local bus ride to Butchart Gardens to meet our friends Nat and Tim followed by our “Eat Like a Canadian” walking tour a great combination of seeing the sites of Victoria whilst tasting candied salmon, poutine ( to us cheesy chips 🍟 with gravy 🤣) Hawaiian pizza🍕 ( who knew that pineapple on pizza was thought up in 🇨🇦!!! ) and a few sweet treats from Roger’s chocolate shop.
Sad to leave Victoria and Canada behind but our ferry awaits to whisk us to Seattle…. Alaska cruise here we come 🐳🐻🚂🇺🇸

Second part of our trip from Vancouver 🇨🇦🍁 to Victoria on Vancouver island. A scenic ⛴️ ferry journey from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay hugging the coastline as we sailed. Again blessed with beautiful blue skies. Our main adventure here was to go whale watching ! 🫍🐳🦭 we were lucky enough to spot orcas in the harbour, hump backs out at sea and a huge smelly colony of sea lions 🤣. To enjoy the experience the company take the pictures and recommend you watch with your eyes 👀 🤣. We spent a lovely afternoon in Fisherman’s Wharf, watching the sea planes, water taxis and enjoying sea food and a b**r or two 🍻. It’s fair to say that Canada has stolen my heart ❤️ with Michael Bush

Arrived in Vancouver 🇨🇦 to gorgeous blue skies and mild temperatures after a great flight ✈️ with KLM who are becoming one of my more favoured airlines, great service and friendly crew. A quick 40 minutes metro 🚇 ride downtown and we arrived at the Victorian Hotel a lovely boutique property. Before setting off to explore Vancouver ( and as the time difference meant we were wide awake at the crack of dawn 😳) we had a delicious breakfast at a cute neighborhood cafe called “Jam”. Highlights of our first full day exploring the city included the Totem Poles at Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Chinatown and the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Cliffwalk ( not for the faint hearted!!!) 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦
