At Hidden Routes, we’re passionate about sharing the wild beauty of North Pembrokeshire with our guests. As our electric mountain bike tours continue to grow in popularity, we’re looking to expand our team of freelance guides.

We’re seeking qualified, insured mountain bike leaders—ideally holding a British Cycling Level 2 Mountain Bike Leadership Award or an equivalent qualification. While local knowledge is a bonus, we’re more than happy to introduce you to the trails if you’re new to the area.

If you’re enthusiastic about exploring hidden hills, sharing local stories, and guiding others through the stunning landscapes of the Preseli Hills and Cwm Gwaun, we’d love to hear from you.

“…First, we rode up the side of Carningli common, with its majestic views of hills and sea, and then down, down, down, hair-pinning into the valley. It felt covert, almost claustrophobic, the openness of the tops swapped for tight, pressing green. It felt faintly magical too, though the Gwaun is not, Ian insisted, “some sugary, dingly dell – there’s a rawness and a realness here”…” Exploring the traditions of the Gwuan valley & Pembrokeshire.
