Always worth double-checking your tools! 👀

I recently bought a brand new nose weight gauge, expecting it to be more accurate than my old method.

Out of curiosity, I decided to compare it against my bathroom scales using exactly the same setup, on the same level surface…

😳 The difference? Over 15kg!

Bathroom scales: 69.1kg
New nose weight gauge: just under 90kg

That’s a huge difference when you’re trying to stay within your car’s and caravan’s nose weight limits.

It just goes to show that even brand-new equipment isn’t always perfect, and it’s well worth checking one tool against another before relying on it

The best part of touring? The evenings. No busy schedules, no rush, just the caravan, a cold drink, and the glow of the fire.

We’re absolutely loving our Aldi fire pit. It creates the perfect little pocket of warmth and ambiance for winding down after a day of exploring.

This is how our caravan is setup for bedtime when the four of us are away and we aren’t using the awning. If we use the awning, Daniel has an annex on the end with a double blow up bed inside 🤩😄

He has the front raised up, so when it rains it runs straight off the roof. We haven’t thought about doing this but it makes perfect sense 🤩

We’ve found a way to get around using the hosepipe to clean your vans 🤩🤪 your welcome 😘
