Orders take up to 10 working days from payment date/ receipt of all required details to delivery. Minimum order of £2 plus pnp. There is no return or refund on personalised items. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all details are correct and in the format you wish it to be as your order will be processed exactly as per your message and will not follow up or question the format in which it is sent . We accept no responsibility for errors made by the buyer. This includes but is not restricted to spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, format requested when ordering or during application of products. This also includes incorrect and outdated Paypal details . We will not replace items or refund payment sent if the information provided by the buyer is incorrect. If buyer fails to provide specific order details and/or requests that we create the order as they see fit will not refund or provide replacement if the buyer decides the order is not correct or they do not like it . Orders are not processed until payment & details are received. If we are unable to process due to missing details and payment has already been completed but further information is requested , the 10 working day period resumes from the date the required information is provided. A processing charge and/or additional postage charges will be added if buyer chooses to add further items to order after payment has been made for the original order. Any invoice sent and not paid within 3 working days is cancelled. All orders are posted to the Paypal address linked to the buyers account unless specified by the buyer. Orders are processed in date order. If your order is urgent please check that it is feasible for the Stika Box to provide the service you require before making payment. If an urgent order is made with less than 7 working days notice, we will not be responsible for items not being delivered on time/missing in post or damaged by human error and a refund will not be issued due to it not being feasible to replace in time. URGENT ORDER SURCHARGE OF £3 APPLIES. We reserves the right to refuse to respond to demands made for orders to be processed before others promoting fairness for all of our customers. We will not replace items deemed unusable due to human error. All decals must be applied within two weeks of receipt. We will not be responsible for sticker error after this period due to shelf life of vinyl products. If you believe your order to have fault we require a photograph to assess. Buyer is to check their order upon receipt. If we have made an error with your order or it has been damaged in transit(without notification from Royal Mail/courier) please inform us within 14 days and we will happily rectify. We will not replace missing/damaged items if not notified within the 14 day period.In order to provide a replacement a photo of the error/damage must be sent for us to assess. We will not be responsible for any damage or missing items admitted to by Royal Mail/Couriers. All items are posted 2nd class as standard unless buyer specifically requests otherwise at the time of ordering. Upgraded postage costs apply. If your order is a large order we advise that the buyer requests recorded delivery. An extra charge will be incurred for this service and we will not be held responsible for missing items priced over £10 unless recorded delivery is utilised. For local customers full payment before processing applies. Local delivery charges apply. Any design created by us remains the property of The Stika Box Any attempt to sell/copy or advertise as your own is an infringement of copyright. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS-We are not responsible for your deadlines, orders must be placed within our standard turnaround time. All Ts and Cs apply to business customers.
