WE ARE HIRING – Office administrator, Full Time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Support:
o Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
o Provide quotes, order updates, and general information about our products and services.
o Coordinate customer orders, ensuring accurate details are captured and passed to the production team.
• Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain filing systems (both digital and paper), ensuring documents and records are organized and easily accessible.
o Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Directors.
o Handle order processing, supplier invoices, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery, working closely with the production team to monitor inventory needs.
o Handle incoming and outgoing post.
• Book-keeping:
o Preparation and sending of all customer invoices.
o Monitoring and entering customer payments, and chasing late payments.
o Entering supplier invoices and scheduling supplier payments.
• Project Coordination:
o Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, helping coordinate timelines and tasks between departments.
o Track and report on project status and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Previous administrative or office support experience (preferably in a manufacturing or small business environment).
• Previous experience of basic book-keeping.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar, and Sage or similar accounting software.
• Ability to work independently, but also a team player.
• A basic understanding of sails, boat covers, and marine products is a plus, but not essential.
