We are currently looking for a Class 1 HGV driver delivering blocks using hiab w/ brick grab & remote
Based out of Stanford le hope Tilbury Essex

👉Monday to Friday
👉Will ideally need previous experience with remote crane & brick grab, but training will be given to the right candidate but ALLMI ticket is an advantage and reflected in this offered pay
👉Early start from 0400~0600 depending on where we are & where we’re going
👉Average 2 loads a day plus reload for the next.
👉1-3 paid nights out a week ideally in a Truck stop we don’t like to do lay bys.
👉Load bonuses. Ie distance & quantity.
👉End of year bonuses
👉Cleaning products paid for (we like to keep our kit mint as possible)
👉PPE provided
👉Clean license ideal & plus 25, up to 6 points is fine but no previous DD or DR bans

Potential of around £1000 a week with 3 nights out plus meeting load requirements.
Pay rises will follow after 6 months of service
we look to pay the right person the right money and look after them.
We don’t look to be a firm looking for a new driver every couple of years, so please don’t waste our time.

HGV Driver Required – Electric Hiab Drawbar Vehicle

Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

We are seeking a professional and reliable HGV driver to operate our electric Hiab drawbar vehicle based in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex.

This is a day-work position with start times between 5:30am and 6:30am, and finish times typically between 4:00pm and 6:00pm 5 days a week.

Requirements:

* Minimum 30 years of age due to insurance
* At least 2 years’ HGV driving experience
* Valid licence and relevant qualifications to operate a Hiab vehicle
* Professional, courteous, and safety-focused approach
* Ability to drive economically and efficiently

The Role:

As this is an electric vehicle, the successful candidate must be capable of driving in a smooth, professional, and energy-efficient manner to maximise vehicle range and performance. The role involves operating a Hiab drawbar vehicle and representing our company to a high standard while on the road and at customer sites.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

* Takes pride in their driving standards
* Understands the importance of vehicle care and efficient operation
* Is punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
* Has excellent awareness of road safety and compliance requirements

Big thank you to Michael Sumner MJS TYRES this month
Supplied & fitted 10 ! Yes 10 Hankook premium tyres across the fleet
Luckily they were replacement for worn out tyres and not lost due to damage or punctures
4 new drives on our oldest truck, the previous drives see us out for around 30 months
2 new steers and 4 on the tag for the V8 which had mot this month
Bit of luck & bad luck we didn’t change the tag tyres last weekend as on Monday we had a 4 inch bolt go threw it
Was finishing loading today to find a small bolt made its way threw a trailer tyre
And the week before the wife’s car had a nails in it !!!
March has been a month of tyre replacements and repairs !!!
