My passengers loved these mini crudité cups. Layered with a red pepper hummus and fresh vegetables these can be made as part of your welcome table, a starter or simply a light snack on a quick flight. I prep all the veg at home post flight and piece them together prior to boarding to guarantee their freshness. I made 12 of these and not one was left. Happy passengers once again ✈️. Today I made this simple yet effective accompaniment to sandwiches. My passengers today requested sandwiches and fruit which is absolutely fine, but I always feel sandwiches need “something more”, whether that be a small side salad, crudités, sides such as coleslaw or sweet potato fries. So today I made a simple caprese platter with cucumber rose which took 10 minutes to assemble and cost just £5.25 (important if you’re working with a tight budget) and served with a side of balsamic glaze. Day 2 of the Higher Standards Flight Attendant training course. Today included practical hands on training such as plating techniques and introducing all candidates to the tools and skills that allow them to deliver the ultimate inflight experience.
