JDE Logistics are looking for experienced multi-drop Van drivers for our well established parcel delivery client based in Paddock Wood,TN12.6.You will be delivering/collecting in a dedicated area within TN & CT Postcodes

£130 per day, using our vehicle & our fuel, so no outlay for yourself while working. No van rental required. The routes are available Monday - Friday with potential extra work / Adhoc available at throughout the week including weekends

An expectation of between 60 - 100 stops per day is required. this will include making timed collections. Timed deliveries are also involved. you will plan & load your own route to make commit times.

Requirements;

A Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months experience)

Multi-Drop Experience in parcel delivery work preferred

No more than 6 Penalty Points on the licence(no DR, DD or IN codes)

A good understanding of the English Language both written & verbal.

Physically Fit due to lifting involved.

A pre load sorter is responsible for loading and unloading packages within a warehouse to or from delivery vehicles. This position requires the moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, scanning and placing of packages, boxes and other freight goods safely and efficiently following the company's policies and guidelines

Experience in materials handling preferred
Able to lift and carry heavy loads
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and able to work for extended hours
Outstanding organizational skills
Hard-working and team player

£10 per hour
4.00am - 8:30am with overtime available

JDE Logistics are a very experienced logistics company based in Paddock Wood,TN12.6. We pride ourselves on our metrics and this role is critical to connecting packages with our customers.

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that occur in the centre. These duties range from despatch, filing ,customer service, ECM, Front counter & manning the Holds cage.

The hours are 14:00-20:00 but overtime may be available. Monday to Friday.

The right candidate must be able to;

Deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner whether on the phone or face to face

Investigating and reporting to the Centre or customer to assist with query resolution

Responsible for any additional task given

Skills required are

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible, friendly attitude required
• Able to work in a fast pace, time specific and targeted environment.
• Work well in a team.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Self motivated and well organized.
• Polite, professional confident manner.
• Some experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
