Built for the Ultimate Riding Adventure with Loaded Bikes.

A seriously committed track-day rider with a big trip planned: one van, two passengers and two ZX-10s, heading to the Pyrenees before continuing on to Portimão. With incredible mountain roads along the way, we needed space for all the essentials.

The challenge? Making room for slick tyres, a tyre changer, and the wife's luggage while still transporting two motorcycles safely and efficiently.

What's Been Fitted?
🟢Surface-mounted rails fitted to the van's sides.
🟢Bespoke stainless-steel L-track adjustable brackets, allowing you to easily adjust shelf height to suit the load.
🟢Two-piece MRST parcel shelf, fully removable and secured with thumb nuts, even when the bikes are loaded.

A practical, space-saving solution for the dedicated track-day rider—with room for the bikes, the gear, and everything you need for the adventure ahead.

Check out a recent upgrade for this Transporter SWB panel van for a Fisherman and his black Labrador.

Some of the extras included
* 1800 Ply Guys Torridon
* Burnt Orange Harris tweed upholstery
* Bunga Bungee on the side for storage
* 3ft surface rail mounted to the bulkhead for securing fixing kit
Plus, the passenger footwell had a dog-securing system using flush rails mounted to the seat base.

A van built for work and play - This surveyor
Customer came to us with just the Van Gear furniture, leisure battery and wiring for their power outlets in place.

We took on board all their requirements to further refine the furniture to their specification, adding a few more hatch openings and designing a bespoke wheel arch storage unit to complement the VanGear kitchen unit.

Build includes:

👉Full sound deadening, insulation and carpet lining
👉carpeted ply lining kit to side panels and roof
👉custom trim panels in black heks ply to A pillars
👉18mm black heks floor with Loaded Bikes Flush L-Track rails installed sub-flush
👉Bespoke wheel arch box with magnetic lids and hidden storage

Multi-purpose interior dialed in!

There is nothing better than a clean, secure setup for
hauling the bike around in a van, except maybe a van that also doubles as a mobile office meaning you can get yourself closer to the trails so as soon as the work is done, the fun can begin!

Whether using a floor-mounted fork mount or a modular bike rack, both options keep everything rock-solid in transit and it leaves plenty of room for the rest of the gear.

The Ply Guys birchy goodness coming in hot from our workshop creating the perfect space for work, rest and play.

Nothing better than a weekend away in the van 🤘
Making use of the Loaded Bikes bike rack to bring the bike along, then transforming the rear into a double bed with the Torridon, which then doubles up as cooking station too 🙌
