Currently Recruiting: - Workload Controller
This role involves taking / making receiving calls from authorities / breakdown clubs and insurance companies as well as the public.
Issuing work via PC electronically to our drivers/technicians PDA choosing the correct resource in a timely manner and making sure all costs affiliated with the job are covered under policies.
skills :
- Good telephone manner
- PC skills
- Works well under pressure at times role can - be demanding
- Good attention to detail
Reliability and good time keeping / works well on own initiative , own transport due to our location would be advisable but buses are available and cycle routes nearby so good access.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £ TBC Starting Wage
Holiday cover / overtime can be available when cover is needed due to others being on annual leave.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Polegate, East Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
Administrative: 1 year ( preferred )
