Sunday flushing with the PackaPUMP on an NHS site in Hull today.

Clearing blocked fan coils caused by a mixture of sludge and degraded rubber hose debris.

The rubber breaks down into a gritty black contamination that can cause havoc with coils, valves and strainers, just like the crunchy rubber hoses we all know on the older Viessmann boilers.

Perfect little setup on the moveable trolley.

The FC have been very interested in seeing what’s actually coming out of the system.

Before anyone asks… the feet are screwed to the board underneath. 👍🏽

Flushing out some fan coil units using my PackaPUMP system on an NHS site.

Over the last year I’ve been constantly tweaking and refining the design to get it to this stage. Every little change has come from real on-site use and daily flushing work.

I’ve especially designed this unit to be easy to carry, portable, and still pack a punch.

Still keeping things slightly blurred until the patent and paperwork are fully secured.

Good seeing it evolve from an idea into a system that’s now out working every day.
