A trip to Bali is always a good idea… 🌴🇮🇩

And Bali is definitely an island worth exploring rather than staying in one place.

This 13-night itinerary combines Seminyak, Ubud & Nusa Dua – surf and sunsets, rice terraces and temples, followed by a few days of proper beach time. 🌊🌿

But you don’t have to stop at Bali. When I travelled this route, I added a hop over to Lombok and a stay in the Gili Islands too – an easy way to turn it into a brilliant island-hopping trip.

☀️ When to go? Bali’s dry season generally runs April–October, but I particularly like May, June and September – great weather, with fewer of the peak summer crowds.

Australia’s Tropical North Queensland is one of those places I could happily go back to again and again. 🇦🇺🌴

I’ve travelled this route myself & it really does have everything – the Great Barrier Reef, the ancient Daintree Rainforest, wildlife, beautiful beaches and some brilliant places to stay along the way. I can happily share some of my favourites.

This 16-night itinerary takes you through Cairns, the Daintree, Port Douglas and Thala Beach Nature Reserve, with some fantastic experiences built in, snorkelling the reef, exploring Cape Tribulation, kayaking along the coast and discovering the rainforest. You can even add a treetop adventure in!

And this is exactly the kind of Australia itinerary I love putting together. Another lovely review, this time from clients who travelled through Italy by rail, from Venice all the way down to Naples. 🇮🇹🚆

This is a great example of what I can take care of for you. We even arranged a water taxi to take them from the airport to their hotel, so they started the trip in true Italian style.

Why just pass through Singapore when you can turn it into part of the holiday? 🇸🇬✨

A few nights is enough to eat your way around Lau Pa Sat, explore the colourful streets of Little India, see Gardens by the Bay and enjoy drinks with an incredible Marina Bay view from LeVeL33 – the world’s highest urban microbrewery, 33 floors up.🍻🌆

And even the airport is worth making time for! ✈️ Jewel Changi and its incredible indoor waterfall & lightshow which makes the airport part of the experience too.

It’s easy to explore, smaller than you might think and makes a brilliant stopover on the way to Australia, New Zealand or even onwards into the South Pacific.

Sometimes the stopover becomes one of the highlights.

New Zealand’s South Island is made for a road trip… 🇳🇿

Think whale watching in Kaikoura, kayaking through the Marlborough Sounds, dramatic glaciers, beautiful lakes, mountain scenery and some of New Zealand’s best food and wine along the way.

This 14-night journey takes you from Christchurch to Dunedin, travelling via Kaikoura, the Bay of Many Coves, Punakaiki, Franz Josef, Wanaka and Queenstown – staying in a collection of beautiful lodges and boutique retreats as you go.

And there are some incredible experiences to build into the trip too – a helicopter flight over Franz Josef Glacier, time on the water in Marlborough Sounds, exploring the wild West Coast and, for the adventurous, a Queenstown bungy jump!

Costa Rica is made for exploring. 🌿🇨🇷

Volcanoes, rainforest, wildlife, waterfalls, hot springs, beautiful beaches and ziplines, all in one incredible trip.

It’s the kind of destination where I’d recommend moving around, self-driving is an options so you can combine a few different regions and experiences to really make the most of your time there. Think Arenal, cloud forests, wildlife-rich national parks and a few days on the coast to finish. 🦥🌋🌊
