Yesterday morning was spent investigating a Lewmar windlass slipping fault.
Upon stripping it down it was clear it needed some love with the cone completely collapsed damaging the gypsy with it.
Rebuilt with new cones, washers and replaced the gypsy all in time for the weekend

Visit to Ocean Vilage Marina today after Customer complaints of a blocked toilet.
Upon inspection waste hoses were nearly completely blocked with calcium.
We removed all waste hoses and replaced the whole system with new hoses.

Trip out to Southampton today to visit a Cranchi 48
to carry out servicing on x2 Sealand Dometic Vacuflush heads.
Vacuum generators were not holding pressure,
we diagnosed the fault over the phone with a video call and went armed with Teflon rubber seal kits and half ball shaft and cartridge kits aswell as floor fl**ge seals.

Whilst there the black water tank was inspected,
All seacocks, and the Vg2 Vacuum generators.
