I had a birthday that got me a free eye test mid August, thank you for the many messages - here’s to “the best decade ever” as one of my birthday cards read!
Pic below left is the pump I used to fill 10,000 bottles of Original King of Shaves shaving oil, the year Pete Sampras beat Andre Agassi in the Wimbledon final
Pic below right features 2 ads we ran once in FHM, Loaded, Maxim with probably 2 headlines that defined what KoS delivered - not just by then for millions, but also for me.
Also my giant Azor razor that had me held up in customs in Japan, China, Australia and the USA. Guess the X Ray baggage scanners were somewhat mystified.
With Summer 2025 over, and gale force autumnal winds of change blowing hard on the South Coast today, enough glancing in the rear view mirror, time to focus on the front windscreen.
