Lakeland Boat Hire Ullswater We are a family owned and operated boat hire on the mouth of the river Eamont at Lake Ullswater Luxury Boats, Motor Boats and Rowing Boats for hire.

Canadian Canoes are not available at present. We are not taking advanced bookings during school holidays. You will just need to turn up on the day. Boats are subject to availability.

On this day in 1955, Donald Campbell finally broke the world water speed record, after six years of trying. He took the record to 202mph on Ullswater, the first of his seven water speed records
