Le Shuttle - Important Service Update:
Further to an earlier technical incident with a Freight train stopped in the tunnel, we are facing waiting time. Technicians are working to resolve the problem and get you on your way as quickly as possible.

We are currently operating with a reduced timetable of 1 to 2 departures per hour. We will keep you updated.

C.Connect - Heysham Port :
We are aware of the long delays and frustration caused by the new auto check-in system that was recently introduced at Heysham Port. We are working closely with Peel Ports to help reduce driver waiting times on arrival.

To help improve check-in speed, reduce rejection rate and minimise congestion, all drivers must have their HEY reference upon arrival.

It is mandatory to ensure the following fields are complete and correct before arriving at the port:

- Vehicle Registration
- Trailer/Unit ID
- Goods Description
- GMR and PBN Number validated
- Hazardous Details

"We are removing the Operation Brock contraflow.

M20 overnight closure between Maidstone and Ashford - from 8pm Tuesday 26 to 6am Wednesday 27 May

To remove the contraflow safely, we'll close the M20:
• London bound from junction 9 to 8
• coast bound junction 7 to 9

We've chosen an overnight closure to minimise disruption for road users.

We'll put fully signed diversion routes in place during the overnight closure. Please follow diversion signs, not SatNav instructions.

At 6am Wednesday 27 May, the M20 will be open to traffic as normal."
