Due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding the Covid19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Santa Specials.

The Board of Directors made this choice with the health, wellbeing and safety of our visitors, volunteers and staff in mind. We want our visitors to be able to experience the magic of the full Santa Special experience without limitations. We don’t want to compromise on the festive experience that we have all grown to love.

We understand this may come as a disappointment to many of our visitors, so we are currently in the process of planning an alternative seasonal experience, so watch this space and keep an eye on our website for details coming soon! https://ribblesteam.org.uk/santa-special/

IT’S OFFICIALLY OUR LAST DAY FOR 2019! Our Santa Specials are on its final day before we take a break for Christmas and the New Year. Today we have got some lovely stalls in today with the return of Made By Mel, Cute As A Button Gifts and Aggie’s Bakes Preston! If your visiting us this weekend- check out our stall holders!

Fabulous local businesses with amazing products for Christmas gifts or a treat for yourself!

This Saturday Aggie's Bakes is back and joined by Stitches and Stones, Helen Gornall and Claire's Creative Crafts for our Christmas Market Stalls alongside the Furness Railway Trust and our very own Ribble Steam Slay! Perfect for christmas and sweet treats for yourself! See you all tomorrow as our Santa Specials continue. And keep an eye out on Saturday for us announcing who's coming on Sunday, but if you can't wait a little birdie told us Aggie's Bakes and Stitches and Stones are coming back but shhh... its a secret...

Some tips to have the best journey with us this Christmas!

- Please arrive 30 minutes in advance to find space to park and check in.

- Our car park is free so don't worry about having change!

- Wrap up warm, hats/scarves/gloves recommended!

- Our Cafe serves hot food & drink that you can take onto our train (Bailey's Hot Chocolate anyone?)

- We have a designated area for prams as they cannot go onto our train (any valuables are left at your own risk).

- NEW FOR 2019 Make sure you visit our Christmas Market's in our Museum.

Important notice for anyone booked on our Santa Specials!
E-Tickets have been sent out and all tickets Postal Tickets will be sent during the next week. Our phone lines have been very busy with enquiries today in regards to tickets, if you do not get through to us, please email us your enquiry and we will get back to you or leave us a voicemail and a member of staff will try to contact you as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone who has booked with us and for your patience. We look forward to seeing you all at Christmas!
Clarification Update : Tickets starting with 355 purchased this year are unaffected, we aimed to give a general indication to those who might have been affected or have received them and not bought this year.
