From Sunday 30th August, a fare increase will apply to our 315 and 316 services.

Over the past 18 months or so, we have absorbed significant increases in our operating costs, including higher National Insurance contributions, substantial fuel price increases, staff wage increases, and rising maintenance and general overhead costs. Unfortunately, these increases are no longer sustainable for us to absorb in full.

315 service:
• Standard fares will increase by 10p
• Other fares will increase by approximately 6%

316 service:
• All fares will increase by approximately 6%

We appreciate that any fare increase is unwelcome, and we have not taken this decision lightly. However, this adjustment is necessary to help us continue providing the reliable, safe and dependable bus services that our customers rely on.

Our oldest bus has just pulled out the yard for the last time. Off to a new owner with some life still in the old bus yet. Never have we kept a bus for so long having owned this from new since December 2009. In that time it has covered over a million kilometres rarely leaving the Helensburgh area. Probably the best and most reliable service bus we have owned.
Thanks to Procters Coach and Bus Sales for selling it on our behalf.
