Just a post from us at Wardy services as we get asked the question alot Free advice it is illegal to carry someone elses waste the remover if being paid as to carry a full UK carriers license if they are stopped or asked for it they have to provide it on the spot if found guilty it's not just the carrier fined it is the person who paid for it to be removed you will be prosecuted for fly tipping and face a fine upto £3000 this is free advice it is upto the people how they use this advice
