A squad of 16 once booked a minibus. Then the kit bags, cool boxes and physio gear turned up, and there was no room left for legs.
That's the mistake we see most often. Headcount fits, luggage doesn't.
Here's the honest split. A minibus (up to 17 seats) is the right call for smaller groups on short local runs with light bags. Cheaper, nimbler, easier to park at tight venues.
A midi coach (up to 37 seats) earns its keep when the journey is longer, the kit list is heavier, or the squad wants proper legroom and boot space for a two-hour motorway stretch.
Neither is wrong. It depends on headcount, luggage and journey length, in that order.
Send us the group size, the kit list and the route, and we'll match you to the right vehicle.
