🚚 Class 2 (HGV) Driver – Now Hiring
Location: Rochdale / Greater Manchester
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £13.50 per hour (paid monthly) + overtime available.
About the Role,
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our growing team. This role involves local and regional deliveries, including regular nights out, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities,
Safely drive and operate a Class 2 vehicle
Deliver goods to customers on scheduled routes, Load and unload goods where required
Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects, Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork, Stay overnight when required (nights out), Provide a professional and courteous service at all times
Requirements.
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 6–12 months HGV driving experience (preferred)
Good knowledge of UK driving laws and tachograph rules
Willingness to undertake nights out
Strong communication and time management skills, Flexible and reliable attitude.
