Just another month in Ontime’s calander.

Some very busy months ahead, our new depot with 62 spaces opening in Tilbury in just a few weeks, some new customers with huge order books starting with the events team and the next 3 months already getting very booked up, it’s going to be a busy end of 2026 for the team ahead 🚛💨💨

Super proud of our journey so far and the hard work everyone puts in to make it happen 😎❤️

It’s a real passion for a lot of us (yep I know some will say “sad”) doing this job but it really is much nicer enjoying what you do 🚛💨👌🏻

It’s easy to forget how hard the job can be when shift times are all over the place and drivers are trying to sleep in this heat. Yet zero moaning from the Ontime Boys and Girls.
They all just dig deep and get the job done to an outstanding level. High five Guys. Epic effort 🙌🏻

The first of our 3 new Krone Mega event trailers collected form the RTX Show on Friday at 3pm and by 8pm Friday night it was loading out of Olympia London on its first job 😎👌🏻
The next 2 are arriving next week and already fully booked out.

This weekend we are covering multiple events in London, Leeds, Cardiff, Lytham St Anne’s, Silverstone, Germany, France, Norway and Greece 😎🙌🏻

More details to follow but anyone that’s previously requested to work for us and from the Essex side of the water please get back in touch 🙏🏻

Anyone that may be of interest in any particular shift patterns that suit you, please keep us in mind

We will be looking to base at least 40-50 trucks that side on the water by 2027 (current depot in Thamesport that will remain our main depot). This is a new depot opening in August this year. We are looking to slowly build new drivers in Tilbury from August this year. Days, nights, tramping and 4o4o available 😎🫶🏻

Parking is inside Tilbury port with secure parking.

It’s not all about spotlights and shiny wheels, a huge amount goes on behind the scene to pull it all together.

This week see’s Louise Cliff reach her 15th anniversary with Ontime Logistics 🙌🏻🫶🏻🥂🥂🥂(She’s been so lucky to work with us for this long 😬😂)

Louise is financially responsible for everything at our company and has done an amazing job juggling all the balls in the air over the last 1.5 decades, anyone on transport will know this is no easy job and we thank our Lou Lou for the long days and many years of dedication ❤️ Thank you 🙏🏻

Louise is being sent to Pathos in Cyprus for a long weekend this coming Thursday - Monday (my wife Emma Baber so kindly took one for the team and kindly offered to tag along 😂) so from all of us that get paid every week, thank you and enjoy Cyprus next weekend ❤️😎❤️

Ps please don’t forget to pay wages next Friday from around the pool Emma and Louise before too many cocktails are consumed! 👍🏻
