This one is a bit of a throwback, as we have had our quality standards for over a year now!

And as you can tell in this photo, Hannah and Kate were very excited to receive the certificates!

For those who don't know, we hold 2 quality standards that we worked (and continue to work) very hard to earn through annual external audits and quarterly internal audits.

Who Is David Gilkes Removals?

Well that's a long story, going back over 40 years...

Our founder David Gilkes started with a van and a dream, moving a friend's furniture round the corner. Then another friend. Then another and another and the jobs kept rolling in.

From there, we grew and grew in vehicles and staff, and are still proud to offer the same, high-quality service that David Gilkes did in 1983.

We are still a family run company, now with brothers, cousins, sons and daughters, husbands and wives, partners, and friends.

We do more than 900 removals a year, helping both domestic and commercial customers and we only employ hard working, friendly, courteous and professional staff that offer the very best customer service.

Happy Friday everyone!

Our work week is over, so we are having a well deserved break over the weekend.

This week we have been to Leamington Spa, Rugby, Dunchurch, Coventry, Northampton, Shawell, Long Itchington, Daventry, Lutterworth, Hinckley, Burbage and Welford upon Avon!

So it's safe to say that we have deserved a weekend of rest and relaxation.
