Thanks to Pauls efforts & perseverance with HMRC, Schepens now has HMRC authorised consignee/consignor status, so we make exports and TADs from our depot.

We have just made our 1st export declaration and T1 for an export to Spain, Madrid here we come...

Of course, throughout the year we receive a lot of positive feedback, but unfortunately we don't get the chance to publish it all. This we received over the weekend just has to be put out there for all to see...

"Tracey hi.
I shall respond to this but will do it after emptying as I have set a false deadline of finishing on Sunday evening.
May I though take this opportunity to say how grateful I am to all of you that have helped. I count 5 before the move even began. Starting with you and Dominique and then Daryl and then Chris and Paul squared me away with you again.
And I count 7 on the crew all told over 2 days. Steve, who has gained a new monicker from me…Van Load Master, Dean, Daryl, Michael and John, the Academic, and then joined by Luke and Jack…the Arsenal supporter 👍. Btw I’m not sure my nickname for Steve has stuck with the others 🤣.
You all did a fantastic job. No need to go anywhere else for future moves, although I might ask that Dean doesn’t drive the van if I ever go to the Isle of Skye. ROFL. He showed me a picture of his van sideways in a ditch when he visited.
Seriously, I am really impressed with the way things went and I really enjoyed the sense of humour and patient purpose all the way through. As I remove each object i can appreciate a little how you pack, and I can see there is a real skill involved, especially considering the speed of move. I shall be recommending anyone that I know who moves, to move with you.
I’ll complete the survey when I am finished, but I just wanted to express my appreciation to you all. In terms of service improvement, I have little to offer. It’s rare that I see a 10, but you folks are it.
Oh btw…I still haven’t found the biscuits that I got for the crew that Daryl packed before I remembered I hadn’t kept them out. My mistake,🤦♂️ but I am quite looking forward to finding them 🤣. What’s the probability they will be in the last box?"
