Day 4 was an Epic walk! 27 miles taking in a little bit of Filey, Scarborough, Dolphins, the Cleveland way, a bit of the cinder track before arriving on Robin Hoods Bay. We had sunshine, heavy rain and everything in between. Then the perfect moon rise to finish the night. Wow what a day!!

So last night we ate at Ship Inn Sewerby. What a place. This is possibly our favourite our favourite dog friendly place we have visited. Ivy was spoiled rotten with a puppachino and plenty of other treats as well. The human food excelled beyond expectations and the only problem was we were too eager to start and didn’t get any pictures. We were made to feel so welcome and after walking 21.5 miles yesterday this was the perfect stop off.

End of day 2. Great walk up from Hornsea to Flamborough today. 10 miles on the beach, some amazing scenery and then the great cliffs of flamborough. It’s been tougher than we expected so far but we are so happy to have walked over 46 miles already 😃😃 can’t wait for tomorrow!

We have arrived in Hornsea! 😃😃 24.68 miles. A few detours along the way due to the path now being in the sea! What a fab day, we are both tired (and Ivy is too 🐶) but ready to challenge day 2 to Thornwick bay. Staying in The Victoria Inn - Hornsea we can’t wait for our dinner 😋

The Dunedin Partington. Stopping at this fabulous dog friendly hotel before heading out on YC100 over the next 5 days. Great place to stay and fab Breakfast. Definately worth a stay when exploring this part of Route YC Dunedin House
