Absolutely tragic.
When will the laws be reasonably enforced? Can they be? When will penalties and sentences be a true deterrent to mobile phone use whilst driving?

Dashcam footage shows a driver checking his phone as he caused a fatal crash on the A75.

A paramedic has spoken up about the misuse of the ambulance service after an elderly woman was left on the floor for 4 hours with a severely fractured leg. The paramedic wanted to remind the public that 999 is for life threatening emergencies. ...
