Continued professional development, focused on learning teaching techniques along with TEM (Threat Error Management) and CRM (Crew Resource Management). All to help train the next generation of balloon pilots

With all this warm weather we've been having I've found it rather difficult to sleep, this video might well help.

It's the Saturday morning launch at Midlands Air Festival where over a hundred balloons took to the sky. With some relaxing background music, just put it on in the background and it'll help you drift off to a peaceful balloon filled sleep!
