So I've had a lot of messages in the last week asking what I'm up to and have i left T Wilson & Sons
Well the short simple answer is Yes !
On the 16th November 2024 I was in the portacabin at head office getting some admin sorted when a team from the parent company walked in and read me a letter outlining that my position as Managing director was being placed at risk of redundancy due my position being readily absorbed at group level , fast forward to 26th November 2024 and that was it I was redundant
A settlement package was discussed and put on the table but it could not be agreed so I was placed on garden leave until 26th May 2025
So that's it , no more Wilsons involved in the business after my daughter Danielle Wilson also moved onto pastures new
I genuinely wish the board of directors and the rest of the team all the best at TWS going forward and we will continue to work together in the logistics sector
My focus now is my own business Rawlogisticsltd and our Equestrian Business Rawequestrian that amanda wilson my wife runs
