Unfortunately Graceful Swan still remains closed until further notice. However, on the positive news is that the Hotel is planning on reopening soon! We look forward to welcoming guests back to what's been a very hard few months. For those who will be revisiting the Hotel, Graceful Swan is now moored directly outside the Hotel next to the conservatory where you'll be able to view her in all her glory. See you soon, Malcolm & Karen Weaving.
Dear All,
We gratefully received many responses from the last post we sent out requesting your feedback about returning to the Hotel when we reopen. We have taken positive action over the past few weeks by putting in place an 'Anti-Covid-19 Charter' to allay your fears.
Although we are currently closed, we are working all-out to ensure that when we re-open, it is done so in the safest way possible for you and our Rendezvous Team.
Here's a summary of our Anti-Covid-19 Charter
• Automatic door on arrival with motion sensor (touch-free)
• Alcohol sanitiser and station in the foyer and reception desk, and on every floor
• Self check in at Reception (your key, registration card and menus will be in a pack for you to collect on arrival, along with our full Anti-Covid Charter)
• Every room will be cleaned with an industrial steam cleaner that kills 99% of bacteria and viruses on any surface, it cleans, steams, and sanitises all surfaces
• When guests depart the routine will be CLEAN, STEAM and SANITISE! There will be a sticker on the door saying no entry until next guest
• We have ultra-violet disinfection wands for soft furnishings such as curtains and sofas that will be used regularly in bedrooms and public areas
• All staff and guests will have their temperature checked on arrival at the hotel (this will be a government requirement)
We hope to update you very soon with an official opening date (we are awaiting further government advice) and how you can book and plan your next visit with us.
In the meantime, if you have any queries or questions relating to our Anti-Covid Charter or plans for reopening, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email [email protected] or send us direct message on Facebook.
We look forward to welcoming you back,
Malcolm and Karen Weaving
