Where is it being collected from and delivered to?
What are the collection and delivery access times?
What is the real deadline for arrival?

Booking a courier for the first time? It does not need to be complicated, even when darker evenings and tighter deadlines are involved.

To plan your delivery properly, we’ll need:

Item details, including part numbers, dimensions and any handling requirements.
Collection and delivery addresses, with the times the goods need to move.
Access hours, loading instructions and any site restrictions.
A contact name and number at both collection and delivery.
The final deadline, so we know when the delivery must arrive.

The more detail we have at the start, the easier it is to arrange the right vehicle, route and handovers, particularly as daylight hours get shorter.
