ASM Online Services - Planned Downtime
In order to carry out essential system maintenance, ASM Online Services will be unavailable between Wednesday, 27th May 2026 at 20:00 hrs BST and Wednesday, 27th May 2026 at 23:59 hrs BST. During this time you will be unable to send and receive messages in Sequoia. You will not be able to prepare any CDS declarations and will not be able to view or prepare Safety & Security declarations, ICS2 declarations or Transit phase 5 movements so please retrieve any Transit documents you need prior to the outage. Do not create any ETSF records on Sequoia during this period.

CNS Compass maintenance
Albacore have been notified that CNS will be carrying-out essential maintenance on their Compass application. This work will require an outage of a maximum of 3 hours. The work will take place during the following window: Monday 25th May 0001hrs – 0300hrs Impacted services include; Compass will be unavailable, Compass database processes will be suspended, Compass messaging will be suspended (TOS, EDI, CDS), Compass messaging & database processing will be queued and processed after restart and DRS will be unavailable. All other CNS services will be available.

CNS Cargoes Release With Downtime
Albacore have been notified there is a CNS release. Cargoes Support Release 26C, this latest release to the Cargoes platform will require a short 15-minute downtime within a one-hour maintenance window, during which CDMS, DMS, GB S&S, Transit will be unavailable. Release Deployment window: Date: Thursday 21st May 2026 Time: 4.30am to 5.30am (1hr UK time).
