Good morning Dean,
I wanted to comment on the fantastic experience we had with Iain as a driver in Scotland. I was one of eight members on a trip booked by Mike Sheatzley.

Iain had the perfect temperament for our group - each with different personalities and opinions. He always had a smile, offered lots of options for activities, catered to our snack needs (there were a lot), stayed with the ladies in the group as we trekked out to the slippery cliffs, answered our many questions and more. We did a few wh***ey tastings and Iain noticed that I did not partake. He asked me if I was ok and I told him I just don’t care for wh***ey but liked gin. While in Aberdeen he sent me an email link to a couple of nearby gin distilleries and got us to one on our last day. It turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the trip as he had found for us a gem of a private gin distiller. Really special.

I cant say enough about the experience we had with Iain. If we plan another trip, I am guessing he will be the first person we book. The trip would not have been nearly as fun and memorable except for him. It’s a tough assignment to spend 10 days on a bus and maintain the right amount of humor and guidance and safety. He got all of it right.

Fresh off our Scotland trip and wanted to thank you for the transport services.
The deluxe Van worked perfectly but would suggest adding cup holders for the forward seats.🍺🍺

Iain did a terrific job going above and beyond to make sure the golfers and non golfers had a great time.
He was engaging with everyone and a delight to spend the entire week with.

It was unanimous that we would not hesitate to use Elite and Iain for any future trips.

Stunning day on the stunning castle course. Close match today with the colonel taking the honours. Feels like he’s been practicing on the job. 🏌️‍♂️ every days a golf day at tropical St Andrews. Maybe a wee lobster off the boat for tea 🤔
