⛳️ Struggling with your trail elbow getting stuck behind you? This is for you 🔥 👇

The Split Hand Drill (just like Rory uses) is one of the best ways to fix it

Here’s how to do it:

👉 Set up as normal
👉 Split your hands a few inches apart on the grip
👉 Make slow swings, focusing on your trail elbow

What you should feel:

✔️ Your trail elbow staying in front of your body
✔️ Arms and chest moving together through impact
✔️ No “stuck” feeling behind you

If your elbow gets trapped, you’ll notice the club lagging too far behind — leading to blocks, hooks, or weak contact.

This drill forces your arms to sync with your body so everything moves through the ball together 💥

Pro tip:

Start with waist-to-waist swings and feel your elbow leading, not trailing.

Fix the elbow = fix the strike.
